This past weekend I had a summer dinner party. It was ambitious, maybe too much, but the food got rave reviews and most importantly, it was a lot of fun.
White Gazpacho dressed with cucumbers and almonds (not pictured)
Oven Roasted Whole Trout with lemon and dill and creme fraiche on the side
Butter Bean and Basmati Rice pilaf
Watercress, walnut, radish and feta salad with vinaigrette
Tostones (Fried green plantains)
