The Cotton's Independence Dinner
...or feast!!
1st course: Soft Shell Crab in Brown Butter and Lemon Vinaigrette
2nd course: Beet, Walnut and String Bean Salad
3rd course: Grilled Whole Lobster with side of Melted Irish Butter (for dipping!)
4th course: Cheese Course (Goat, Manchego, Cheddar) with Fig Marmalade
