Neutra House

I was lucky to be shown the Neutra House in Carcacas, Venezuela. It is the only house designed by Austrian born architect Richard Neutra in Latin America. His most well known projects are in California (Kaufman House) where he lived from 1923.
This house was built in 1962 and along with Villa Planchart (designed by Italian architect Gio Ponti) it is one of the gems of Caracas's architecture.

  1. Hello Reinaldo, these are all the pictures that you took there? Since my childhood this house was like a mistery. It's the only house in this side of the Avila and the legend says that a young Andean Eagle was the warden of the place. The same that lived in Parque Del Este until recent years.
